Upon delivery, please examine your package for any signs of leakage, breakage, or incorrect items before opening the safety seal.

Email our concierge team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged goods to initiate an exchange or refund request.
Secure the Shipment
If a return is authorized, repackage the item in its original protective padding and shipping box to ensure it arrives back to our warehouse safely.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle.
