Do you ship bourbon internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States to states where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is legally permitted. Please check our shipping policy page for a full list of restricted states.
How do you ensure bottles don't break during transit?
We use industry-leading, reinforced packaging specifically designed for glass spirits. Each bottle is double-boxed and cushioned with high-density shock-absorbent materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Is an adult signature required for delivery?
Yes, federal law requires that an adult 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. Carriers will not leave these packages at your door unattended.
What is your return policy for spirits?
Due to legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened bottles. However, if your order was damaged during shipping, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How can I track my rare bottle shipment?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Because these are high-value shipments, we provide real-time updates through our carrier partners so you can coordinate your signature arrival.
