The blend draws from three distinct sources: a 95% rye mash bill from MGP in Indiana, a 53% rye from Barton 1792 in Kentucky, and High West's own 80% rye distillate from Utah. On the nose, expect enticing aromas of cinnamon, chocolate-covered cherries, toasted oak, brown sugar, and a whisper of mesquite. The palate delivers a harmonious balance of cinnamon, vanilla, aromatic cedar, bright cherries, and a subtle hint of anise.
